Job Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize supply chain's warehousing and material flow operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across multiple programs to scale best-in-class solutions
Identify imbalances and bottlenecks and drive resolution
Own metrics and reporting for production line health and efficiency
Time studies of current and developing processes
Develop processes to optimize work plans for variable demands

Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in engineering
5+ years of experience in high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment
Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to relocate as needed
