Join Ducommun as an HR & Benefits Coordinator supporting the Human Resources Shared Services team, primarily the HR Benefits department, handling various tasks related to benefits administration, compensation, training, HR technology, payroll, stock plan administration, and compliance.
Assistance with general HR and benefits inquiries and issues; benefits system processing, approvals, and system troubleshooting; basic technology tasks such as data entry, system and data corrections, password resets; support of annual enrollment processes, audits, testing, and communication; weekly, monthly, and quarterly retirement plans transactions; timely reconciling and processing of HR/Benefits invoices; managing and organizing HR Shared Services/Benefits documents.
Motivated and energetic; organized with attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS software, preferably ADP systems; ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities; strong communication skills; understanding of confidentiality in HR; ability to read and communicate internal procedures and policies.
