Job Description

The Lead Deli Clerk oversees the Deli Department in the absence of the Department Manager, ensuring the department meets merchandising standards and provides exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

Ensure the Kitchen & Deli are fully stocked and appealing
Provide outstanding leadership to Deli staff
Maintain superior quality and freshness of salad and sliced meat products
Engage guests through product samples and suggestive selling
