Job Description

Climax Molybdenum is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety procedures are followed in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Assign, supervise, and review the work of staff
Implement production plans
Inspect work in progress and identify problem areas
Conduct performance evaluations
Prepare estimates for work activities
Maintain inventory of parts and materials
Train staff in safety procedures
Approve purchases of materials and equipment
Requisition tools, supplies, materials, and equipment
Mentor staff in warehouse policies and processes
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
5 years of related operational experience
Knowledge of supervisory methods
Ability to resolve day-to-day questions/problems
Skilled in budget preparation and monitoring
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in warehouse inventory control systems
