LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager to be a leader in the absence of the Store Manager and support the business within the community. Join our team to deliver quality vision care and exceed key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality and improvement to exceed key performance indicators
Support store business plans to maximize sales and profit
Lead and develop the team
Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance
Promote team compliance to all policies

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent
1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience
Knowledge of retail operations and processes
Strong basic math skills
Strong communicator and listener
