Job Description

The Systems Expert is responsible for the design, analysis, implementation, and support of systems, software, and solutions in Information Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the maintenance, monitoring, reporting, and support of operating systems, applications, and services.
  • Lead the design, planning, installation, and support effort for computer systems, network hardware, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Install patches and upgrades to server hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Participate in capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software.
  • Provide shift-based continuous monitoring of network and storage performance.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in computer related curriculum and 7+ years network and operating system experience.
  • Experience managing/implementing server/clients with Multi-Factor Authentication Platforms.
  • Experience managing/implementing Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, and more.
  • Must hold certifications such as VMware Certified Professional, CompTIA Network+, etc.
