Job Description

Join DARCARS Automotive Group as a Business Call Center Representative to support the Service Department. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding vehicle service appointments, repair statuses, and provide customer assistance.

Responsibilities

Handle all inbound and outbound calls for the Service Departments
Schedule, reschedule and confirm upcoming service appointments
Advise customers of open warranty recalls/campaigns
Complete all required brand training to become knowledgeable of products
Provide customers with product/service updates, pricing, and other information
Field calls and escalate issues to appropriate parties

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
History of commitment to customer service
Experience in a high-volume call center environment is a plus
Previous Lexus, Toyota or High-Line brand experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
