Job Description

Join CyberEdBoard as a Community Engagement Manager to lead the execution of membership engagement strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for CyberEdBoard members
  • Act as a liaison between members and cross-functional leaders
  • Moderate the CyberEdBoard app for consistent engagement
  • Identify collaborative opportunities to increase member engagement
  • Implement engagement methods and data collection tactics
  • Contribute to the development of engagement strategies
  • Manage administrative duties and projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Communication, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in membership/community engagement or client relations
  • Experience engaging with external customers and C-suite executives
  • Ability to execute creative strategies to increase engagement and retention
  • Experience in research methods and project management
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Knowledge of IT/cybersecurity is preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
