Job Description

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking a Shift Leader to lead shifts according to Potbelly values, manage associates, and deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks efficiently, and provide feedback
Ensure security procedures and back-of-the-house standards are met
Prepare quality finished products efficiently
Comply with health and safety standards
Restock food line, clean work areas, and operate cash register
Handle customer complaints and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle allergens and kitchen tasks
At least 18 years old with 1 year supervisory experience preferred
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
