Job Description

The Executive Assistant at LERETA provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations in a fast-paced mortgage tax and flood services environment. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to the real estate services industry, regulatory compliance, and business operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential financial and operational documents with discretion.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level communications, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines for mortgage projects.
  • Coordinate industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor analysis.
  • Assist with budget management, expense reporting, and invoice processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the mortgage, banking, or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
