Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Financial Aid Administrator to assist students through the financial aid process and maintain positive cash flow.

Responsibilities

Processing Verification and Disbursements
Package state and federal aid to eligible students
Counsel students and parents
Provide estimates and packaging information
Run reports to ensure work integrity
Interact with other departments to assist students
Maintain up to date information on new federal regulations
Assist with Private Loans and VA benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in Financial Aid
CampusVue experience preferred
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
