Job Description

Join our team at Wilco as a Retail Warehouse Associate to provide superior customer service by greeting customers, loading warehouse products, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and yard areas.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and product information to customers on warehouse and yard products.
Safely and carefully carry out load and transport merchandise following established standards.
Ensure a safe working environment by wearing appropriate safety garments and following safety procedures.
Keep store warehouse and outside facility areas clean and orderly.
Unload, check in, and stock warehouse and yard merchandise utilizing established procedures.
Operate forklift and delivery vehicles.
Maintain and comply with established retail standards.
Deliver store merchandise to customers.

Qualifications

Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
Skill to operate a forklift and other facility equipment safely and efficiently.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
18 years of age minimum due to forklift operation requirement.
