Responsibilities

  • Understand global talent needs and collaborate with stakeholders to build teams
  • Develop recruitment strategies and execute candidate sourcing and assessment processes
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and negotiate employment offers
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and tools to track recruitment metrics
  • Support employer branding initiatives and diversity hiring

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a similar recruitment role
  • Proven track record in senior leadership recruitment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of another European language preferred
