Job Description

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager (Night) for Store 8 to execute the company's brand strategy, promote its vision, mission, and values, and ensure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
Oversee daily operations of food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
Ensure store policies and practices are implemented

Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Retail Management experience
Minimum 21 years old with valid Driver License
