Job Description

Manage the Vision Center operations, provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and merchandise presentation
Provide direction and guidance to associates on customer service
Oversee community outreach programs
Ensure compliance with company and legal policies
Supervise and develop associates in the Vision Center
Consult with customers, maintain eyewear quality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of college, 1 year of retail experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience
Current eligibility to work as an optician
