Join Zimmer Biomet as a Sales Representative focusing on upper extremities in Tampa, Florida. Drive sales growth through interactions with customers and surgeons, while promoting Zimmer Biomet products.
Responsible for attaining sales goals and objectives through the creation and execution of a sales plan in the assigned area.
Build strong relationships with key surgeons, manage and track customer sales activity, plan and execute local events, and provide sales support for the team.
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in orthopedic sales, specifically upper extremities and sports medicine.
Ability to mentor others, become technically proficient with the product portfolio, and demonstrate effective communication and influencing skills.
Base compensation ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 per year with additional bonus opportunities. Travel up to 95% by car with up to 20% overnight travel.
