Job Description

As a General Manager at DHL Supply Chain, you will oversee warehouse operations, develop strategies to optimize processes, and lead a team to drive success.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
Develop and implement strategies for optimization
Lead and motivate Operations Managers and staff
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Utilize warehouse management systems and technology
Manage vendor relationships and cost-effective services
Analyze reports on warehouse performance
Lead customer relationships and maintain strong connections
Prepare and present business reviews

Qualifications

5+ years managerial experience
2+ years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution
Experience in 3PL and/or Contract Logistics
Staff management experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
WMS experience preferred
