Job Description

Join Grainger as a Branch Sales Associate part-time position. Provide solutions to walk-in customers, maximize sales opportunities, and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage customer experience by selecting products, entering orders, picking product, loading customer vehicles
Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty
Adapt communication style to different audiences
Prepare orders, assist with merchandising, perform showroom replenishment and inventory counts
Learn and operate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities
Perform housekeeping tasks, comply with safety guidelines

Qualifications

Flexibility to work within branch hours of operation
Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
Learn and operate powered industrial equipment
