Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and meeting agendas on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in tracking key projects and deadlines, ensuring the CEO stays informed and aligned with priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, presentations, and public appearances.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standard of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive support or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to dynamic needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
