Job Description

Join UChicago Medicine as a Human Resources Consultant in the Consumer Experience Department, serving as the main contact for HR policies, processes, and programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation contact for HR inquiries
Be a problem solver for complex questions and people issues
Guide employees on HR policies, processes, and programs
Support HR service delivery model
Participate in HR Customer Experience team as a subject matter expert

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of professional HR experience
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance
Experience in employee and labor relations
Strong data analysis and communication skills
