Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Front Counter employee with a positive outlook towards customers and co-workers. This is a temp-to-hire position based in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare rental contracts with complete information
  • Input rental needs/orders for customers
  • Showroom presentation and cleanliness
  • Follow up with quotes
  • Assist with overdue contracts
  • Document missing and damaged items upon return
  • Assist with completed driver pick-up and delivery sheets
  • Communicate upcoming reservations to departments
  • Receive and check all incoming shipments
  • Maintain all equipment operation sheets/manuals
  • Build rental sales orders
  • Retrieve messages
  • Proficiency in rental equipment and instruction to customer on use
  • Computer systems and POR program

Qualifications
