Job Description

NPW is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse family! The Warehouse Associate III will be responsible for various warehouse duties including shipping & receiving, stocking inventory, and fulfilling purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

Maintain warehouse organization to avoid errors & safety issues
Assist with basic customer service
Perform time-sensitive tasks independently
Prioritize workload and navigate multiple systems
Use handheld scanner & software for accurate shipments
Resolve basic escalation issues professionally
Assist customers with order pickups
Process & invoice purchase orders
Perform additional assigned duties

Qualifications

Punctual & dependable
Detail-oriented
Basic computer skills
Minimum 3 years warehouse experience
Forklift certification a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, reach, climb, stand, and walk
