Job Description

NPW is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and fulfilling orders.

Responsibilities

Maintain warehouse organization to avoid errors and safety issues
Assist with basic customer service
Perform time-sensitive tasks independently
Prioritize workload efficiently
Use handheld scanner and software for accurate shipments
Resolve escalation issues professionally
Assist customers with order pickups
Process purchase orders and invoices
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer skills
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Positive attitude and punctuality
Forklift certification a plus
