Job Description

Responsible for receiving all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment. Operates material handling equipment to ensure accurate receipt and shipment of goods.

Responsibilities

Receive and put away all incoming materials
Unload trailers and verify freight
Sort, inspect, and receive materials
Apply labels and pack inbound materials
Communicate with procurement for discrepancies
Pack hazardous and nonhazardous items for shipment
Prepare hazardous shipping documentation
Operate material handling equipment safely
Assist with training new employees
Report safety hazards

Qualifications

1 year of shipping & receiving experience
1 year of packaging experience
1 year of pharmaceutical experience
Associate degree preferred
