Job Description

Join Businessolver as a Client Services Benefits Analyst Champion. The successful candidate will ensure positive client experiences through high-quality service and communication.

Responsibilities

Respond to client and internal partner inquiries within expected time frames
Review and work on open cases for clients
Run audit reports to ensure accuracy of member records and transactions
Manage client deliverables and track progress
Communicate daily updates to team members and clients
Function as the primary point of communication for Carrier partners

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits or benefits administration
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong Excel skills
Experience with benefit administration systems or HCM platforms
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
