Job Description

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking a Shift Leader to lead shifts, manage associates, and ensure outstanding product quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage team members during shifts
Assign tasks efficiently and provide feedback
Ensure security procedures are followed
Prepare quality food products
Comply with health and safety standards
Operate cash register
Handle customer complaints/issues
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Customer service-oriented
Strong communication skills

Supervisory experience preferred
