Join our team as a Security IAM Specialist to modernize Identity and Access Management functions with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

Design and manage identity services and platforms
Analyze workflows and documentation of IAM processes
Recommend and implement IAM standards and processes for projects
Engage with stakeholders and provide reporting
Manage change management process for the IAM team

Qualifications

7+ years experience in healthcare security administration
Experience with IAM/IGA tools
Team lead/management experience a plus
Knowledge of Agile methodology and ITIL processes
High School diploma or higher education required
