Job Description

Aceco Mills Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Newark, NJ. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing incoming goods, conducting inventories, and optimizing warehouse layout.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation
Receive, label, and organize incoming goods
Conduct routine cycle counts and full physical inventories
Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding inventory levels and updates
Use inventory management systems
Help optimize warehouse layout for improved efficiency and storage
Monitor inbound/outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or management
Strong knowledge of inventory software and systems
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
