Job Description

Warehouse Lead position responsible for leading warehouse operations including checker, forklift operator, inventory, and order building.

Responsibilities

Train, coach, and provide work assignment direction to team members
Act as backup for warehouse supervisor
Move products using power tools and vehicles
Operate industrial vehicles and equipment
Build orders according to load tickets
Verify inbound and outbound loads for accuracy
Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Participate in audits

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of general work experience
1+ year of warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred
Forklift certification required
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
