Job Description

RectorSeal is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Partner Level II to support our PSP Products Customer Solutions Team and operational efforts. This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences, balancing order processing, and warranty workflows, and acting as a liaison between customers and RectorSeal/PSP Products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls, tickets, chats, and customer orders
  • Provide team support and engage in local partnerships
  • Analyze customer experience data and compile reports
  • Resolve customer concerns and discrepancies
  • Update customer accounts and maintain records
  • Identify customer needs and build relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
