Job Description

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead Manager in Hagerstown, Maryland. This position involves overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
Perform various warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to ensure optimal operational logistics.
Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist in promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
Complete daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
1+ year experience as Team Lead preferred.
1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
Valid forklift operator's license.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
