Job Description

Join Second Nature as a Collections Analyst to manage and optimize the collections process, analyze AR data, and implement strategies to improve cash flow.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate billing for a high volume of accounts
Manage accounts with delinquency levels
Develop collection strategies
Resolve payment disputes
Analyze AR data
Assist with general accounting tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

2-5 years experience in B2B Collections
Experience with ERP systems
Experience using SalesForce
Advanced knowledge of collections processes
Proven negotiation skills
Ability to solve complex problems
Ability to work in a self-directed environment
