Job Description

Immediate hire opportunity for a Customer Order Representative with the potential for advancement. Work with a leading medical device distribution company in Chelmsford, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage approximately 75 inbound calls and process around 100 orders per day.
  • Receive and process orders through various channels, including phone, fax, and email.
  • Handle order-to-cash processes, including Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bill of Delivery (BOD).
  • Utilize ERP software for order entry, tracking, and resolution.
  • Provide solutions to general customer questions or concerns.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service/call center experience.
  • Experience managing customer orders preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
