Job Description

Immediate hire opportunity for a Customer Order Representative with the potential for advancement. Work with a leading medical device distribution company in Chelmsford, MA.

Responsibilities

Manage approximately 75 inbound calls and process around 100 orders per day.
Receive and process orders through various channels, including phone, fax, and email.
Handle order-to-cash processes, including Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bill of Delivery (BOD).
Utilize ERP software for order entry, tracking, and resolution.
Provide solutions to general customer questions or concerns.

Qualifications

2 years of customer service/call center experience.
Experience managing customer orders preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
