Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator III at Yusen Logistics (Americas) is responsible for coordinating records provided by drayage carriers, preparing reports, and communicating data to customers and departments. This role also involves planning and informing dock management of activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and update daily performance shift goals to dock supervisors.
Analyze labor required to complete projected workload.
Coordinate and monitor arrival of priority containers with dock supervisors.
Establish daily drayage forecast and vessel assignments.
Maintain contact with carriers to collect data.
Prepare multiple monthly summary reports.
Participate in production calls and statuses reviews.

Qualifications

Associates Degree and 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics.
Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of local harbor and drayage carrier procedures.
