Job Description

Join our team at the Medical Review Institute of America (MRIoA) as a Case Entry Coordinator. You will be responsible for screening incoming review requests, preparing review materials, and maintaining case tracking information.

Responsibilities

Screen incoming review requests for completeness
Prepare and organize case review packets for Reviewers
Contact clients, reviewers, and practitioners/providers for case information
Coordinate phone consultations between Reviewers and practitioners/providers
Maintain in-house review files for active cases

Qualifications

Minimum one year experience in similar operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
