Job Description

Hope Solutions is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will play a key role in overseeing housing unit occupancy, maintenance, tenant relations, and property management services.

Responsibilities

Maintain familiarity with all assigned residents.
Collaborate with supportive staff to support residents in overcoming issues.
Encourage residents to utilize available services and programs.
Maintain awareness of culturally diverse consumer populations.

Qualifications

Knowledge of 'Housing First' philosophy.
Experience supporting vulnerable populations.
AA or AS degree in Business or related field.
Knowledge of HUD requirements preferred.
Outstanding communication skills.
Valid California driver's license and vehicle.
