Job Description

Join TriWest Healthcare Alliance as a TRICARE Customer Service Representative. Provide exceptional customer service to military populations in a fast-paced Contact Center environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately answer health care inquiries from TRICARE beneficiaries and providers via phone, chat, email, or written correspondence
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Document customer interactions in CRM system

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience
US Citizenship
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Experience in a remote work environment
