Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for data entry, data verification, and assisting with email tasks to support the bill review department. This position is fully remote after a 2-week onsite training period.

Responsibilities

Validate incoming data to the Bill Review system
Identify and apply customer-specific rules and processes
Communicate with supervisor regarding status of Data Verification queues
Assist bill review department with clerical duties
Comply with safety rules and regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience in high-volume order entry/data entry
Experience in insurance or medical industry preferred
Strong computer/data entry skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
