Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks for the area or shift
Maintain filing systems and documents per SOP
Interact with customers and contractors, answering questions and resolving issues
Coordinate processing of export orders and returns
Manage pallets and update shift metrics as needed
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in warehouse/distribution environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products
Equipment certification may be required
