Job Description

The ACCS Lead Peer Specialist provides leadership to team members with lived experience to promote the functioning and integration of adults receiving psychiatric rehabilitation services into their communities.

Responsibilities

Initiate and conduct intake process for all referred Persons Served.
Support understanding of available services and build a trusting relationship with Persons Served.
Collaborate with LPHA Clinicians and other team members for effective service delivery.

Qualifications

Lived experience with recovery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
