Job Description

The Lead Peer Specialist provides leadership to team members with lived experience to promote the integration of adults receiving psychiatric rehabilitation services into their communities.

Responsibilities

Initiate and conduct intake process for referred Persons Served
Provide support, education, and advocacy to Persons Served
Work with team members to ensure quality services are maintained

Qualifications

Lived experience with recovery
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
