Join K Health as a Virtual Care Provider in partnership with leading hospital systems, delivering remote comprehensive care to patients in NY through text and video-based consultations.

Responsibilities

Provide remote comprehensive clinical care including acute care, pediatrics, and mental health
Conduct video-based patient visits for acute care, primary care, and behavioral health
Educate patients on treatments and care plans
Prescribe medication and refills
Collaborate with Care Team Members

Qualifications

2+ years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
NY license and Board Certification required
Experience using Epic EMR
Primary care and behavioral health experience
Tech-savvy with telemedicine experience
