Join our team as a Software Engineering Manager II focusing on Search. Help manage a team of Engineers, contribute to product strategy, and guide the development of your team in various technical areas.

Responsibilities

Set and communicate team priorities aligning with organizational goals.
Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role.
Develop technical vision and roadmap for the team.
Design, guide, and vet system designs.
Review code developed by other engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8 years of software development experience in Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript.
3 years in a technical leadership role.
Experience working in a complex organization.
