Empire Recycled Paint Inc. is expanding and is now seeking Paint Processors for our warehouse located in Syracuse NY. We require individuals who are seeking steady, reliable work hours but don't mind getting their hands dirty! Responsibilities

Motivating the team to keep the production flow continual and increase productivity.
Opening, bulking, scraping, and processing waste paint as part of a production line
Management of empty paint containers in various areas within the plant
Moving paint materials and needed supplies throughout the warehouse; manual labor moving drums, boxes, and full/empty cans and pails will be required.
Work independently with minimal supervision
Assisting warehouse Supervisor and Management with job-related tasks.
Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis
Unloading, emptying, and separating paint cans

Qualifications

No experience necessary, learn on the job
Looking for a high-energy person who will lead the team to better productivity
Fulfill all requirements to be employed in the US
Experience driving a forklift would be an asset
Positive, pleasant attitude
Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50lbs
