Recommends agency practices and policies. Assists in preparing information for the Human Resources Committee. Coordinates biweekly payroll with Finance, maintains payroll system, and ensures compliance with wage and hour laws. Evaluates compensation program and prepares internal management reports.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Three years' HR experience, previous payroll processing experience, and UKG system experience preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification encouraged.
