Join Bob's Discount Furniture as a Retail Sales Supervisor in our new store in Sacramento, California. Lead a team of Retail Guest Experience Specialists to create a welcoming and commission-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close Showroom according to Bob's Policy and Company expectations
  • Oversee sales floor to ensure highest level of service to customers and achieve maximum sales
  • Continuously train, coach, and mentor Guest Experience team
  • Conduct Bob's Huddles and Drills to set the stage for daily activities
  • Coaching to Bob's Mystery Shop Guidelines to meet Customer needs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years supervising Customer Service environment
  • 3+ years Supervisor/Management experience
  • Retail and Sales leadership experience
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate individuals effectively
