Join a mission-driven Provider Experience team focused on building an exceptional experience for providers at Modern Health.
1. Respond to provider queries via ZenDesk
2. Identify provider needs and enable them to use proprietary tools
3. Analyze and report on product errors
4. Update internal databases with necessary information
5. Share feature requests and effective workarounds
6. Manage and support active provider network
7. Develop understanding of provider journey and support touch points
8. Create, maintain, and improve tools, systems, and documentation
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
1-2 years experience in support role at technology or healthcare company
Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
Understanding of database systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance priorities and handle escalations
Comfortable with technical systems and troubleshooting
