Responsibilities

Manage university partner relationships related to student engagement
Lead a team of Student Success Advisors
Drive great outcomes for students through coaching and data-driven decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
4-6 years of related experience
1-3 years of experience managing employees
Previous experience in Higher Education industry preferred
