Walk schools and districts through the onboarding process to ensure quick product value realization. Educate new customers on resource access. Optimize user adoption for renewals and expansion. Collect feedback for ongoing improvement.
1+ year of customer facing technical onboarding experience. Experience with common customer success tools. Strong communication skills. Organizational and project management skills.
