Job Description

Join our team at the Bureau of Facilities Management within the Department of General Services (DGS) as an Administrative Officer 2. Assist the director with various tasks and assignments to support the business operations of all agencies in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Represent the Director at meetings, conferences, and provide technical support. Assist in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and decision-making processes. Draft, update, and manage contracts for the Bureau of Facility Management.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience as an Administrative Officer 1 or three years of office management experience with a bachelor's degree. Must be able to perform essential job functions.
